Dear Ryan~ You rode in when those agents who considered themselves superior to Rybec failed to sell our house; where they failed you succeeded. Your care and tenacity, and the support of your team, has been much appreciated by Gilly and me. I salute your professionalism, and the standards by which you run your business and wish you nothing better than that your agency grows and grows and sells more and more kinds of property. We think you could sell anything given a fair wind, and we will always be grateful to you. I am sorry it has not been possible to say goodbye in person but we shall doubtless speak at some time.
